Refund policy
The short version: start with a 14-day free trial, and cancel before it ends if SayWrite isn't for you: you won't be charged. If you pay and change your mind, you get a full refund for any payment within 14 days of it, including the first charge after your trial.

Full refund within 14 days
- This covers your first payment and every renewal, monthly or yearly. No reason needed.
- After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel anytime, and SayWrite keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
How to ask
Email support@saywrite.app from the address you used at checkout (or include your license key). We refund to your original payment method and cancel the subscription so it won't renew. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
If your receipt says the purchase was sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, you can also ask Link for a refund under its own policy.
Customers in the EU and UK
You have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy gives you a full refund in that window whether or not the right applies, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
